Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model and TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist has received numerous awards throughout her professional career. Curtis, her mother was Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia as well as James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer, was born on July 25, 1970, in Yarrawonga. Her father James Ernest Curtis-Smith, married Ojales in 1982. Jasmine's younger sister is an actor and her father is also an actor. Their father had an older half-sister known as Clare, who passed away in 2007 aged just four months, due to a heart disease.
