Dakota Blue Richards, an English actress, is most well-known for her performance as Lyra in the movie 'The Golden Compass. Also, she played Franky in"Skins," a British Drama Skins. Additionally, she has been involved on stage, appearing in stage productions of plays such as "Arcadia," and "A Streetcar Named Desire'. A London native, Richards grew up in Sussex. Richards attended a handful of drama classes at her school, but was mostly taking lessons in acting on weekends. She also skipped school for auditions. The film was her debut an actor.
